What other motives could I have for an action like this?

You are too fast into pin point suspicions this early in the game.

I haven't pin-pointed anything, but I do have a couple suspicions.
There wouldn't be any motive for me to target myself like this if I were the killer.

Actually, there would. If blame was successfully pin pointed on someone, and said person was eliminated, then there would be a history of votes to work on in the future if this person was not guilty and we continued trying to find the mafia. The result of this, to you, would be immunity as you would of had no say in the votes cast, so you wouldn't have to defend your own vote.

Can't say I'm too happy with your actions here, Jimmy-boy. Honesty's the best policy when you're innocent, and you lied to the lot of us and besmirched Taeradun's name in the process. You say that yer just stirrin' up trouble to lure out the killer, but all yer doin' is muddyin' up the water that the rest of us drink outta.

Vote Jim_Raynor

Well, to me it does make sense for Jim to try and find out who the killer could be. I would like to know what Jim's suspicions are before I vote for anything.

I have to agree with High Zealot.

Alright, these are my suspicions:

Alevice: Showed no signs of being the killer in actions. Most likely innocent.
Lav: Hasn't really done much.
Thal: Unsure.
High_Zealot: Instantly jumped on the opportunity that I could be innocent now, but earlier said "It does seem possible that the bureacrat may target himself to blame another no matter how unlikely that sounds." It's hard to tell if he's just having trouble deciding or wants to keep the viewpoint away from himself. (I am grateful for your defense of me, of course :P )
Taer: Acted very defensive, although I never actually accused him of anything.

I can't believe I forgot I said that. I would like Taer to explain why he voted so soon with pretty much no explaination though I assume its the same as Thal's.

Please be aware that Jim can't vote- therefore the noose is already around his neck unless the three remaining players vote for someone else entirely in agreement.

Voting me out won't fix anything. Consider that even if you do, you'll still be sleeping in fear each night :D

If the rest of us are willing to vote no lynch, we can save Jim. Either way, to make a difference, we all need to vote for the same thing.

Good catch, Jim. I forgot that you can't vote, and I also forgot that High_Zealot has two votes. So Jim has 3 votes, and there are 4 votes yet to be cast.
