Heart of the Swarm Teaser Released

Blizzard Entertainment has released a Heart of the Swarm teaser as the release "nears" in their words. This comes as a surprise to some fans considering most "tears" or "trailers" come out during their yearly event, BlizzCon. Could this leave more to be expected at BlizzCon, or- is their game actually on track for a fast release date? It's been well known games for Blizzard are not exactly great with deadlines, however their expansions have yet to truly suffer major delays (World of WarCraft aside). Could it be we see a release before the end of the year as promised years ago?

In addition to a teaser of the upcoming installment's story, Blizzard also released a teaser to the singleplayer gameplay for Kerrigan's tale:

The Splitterlings data is actually already in Wings of Liberty, so I wasn't surprised to see that.
