About the music for final boss of Book 2

Okay, so, according to the track listing, the song is the final battle from the SNES RPG Arcana. That's definitely true, but where did the particular version of the song come from? All I can find is really crappy SNES gamerips and some doujin remixes, but nothing that sounds like said version.

Currently It's about the only song for WoS I don't have a high quality version that goes 2.5 loop so I kind of want it to complete my collection.

It's a conversion of a midi I had with a certain instrumentation set I had on my old computer. I have a higher quality version of the MP3 I used somewhere, I'll see if I can find it and upload it (not like anyone's going to say much about that, really; I can't even remember the instrument set I used).
