Well, Hellion and Thor weapon damage upgrades are a step in the right direction. Now they need to make Vikings do only 10x2 damage to air.
Siege Tank's Siege Mode damage got nerfed. I don't think I agree with that. It's the supply/gas cost that needs to be reduced.

Oh, son of a bitch, they dropped the Reaper speed upgrade cost! It was 100/100 for a reason! Reapers early game are arguably overpowered in speed and early game damage. Workers can't counter them if they are micro'ed. As a Protoss player, I have to rush tech to Stalkers just to compete with early game Terran. Reapers will eat zealots. There's nothing you can do if they're micro managed.
I have seen the Desler. I have tasted of his milk and honey.
You should be teching stalkers vs terran anyway. Marauders practically hard counter zealots. And as soon as you get your first stalker, you can hold off 3-4 reapers with it. They're that weak.
Zerg can beat them with roaches or early speedlings. Terran can just go about their happy marauder way. Reapers aren't a threat to anyone who knows their build order and the rush hardly forces them to deviate from their usual strategy.

Seriously, part of the problem with reaper rushing was that they were 50/50 and early game getting that gas could be a pain in the ass. The speed upgrade is amazing for reapers and is pretty much mandatory with reaper microing. So now you get two more reapers coming out instead of spending the money on the speed upgrade right away.
Just a heads up in case any of you don't know about it: They wiped the profiles again.
And shouldn't the Reaper speed upgrade be 150/150 instead of the 50/50 it is now?

Now we can't even watch replays at all. Tried watching one recent game from facing a Korean player, then SC2 crashed.
