He acts twelve.  He throws a real fit if anyone even so much as throws suggestions his way on how to help get things going. He banned me from SA when he was still an admin for suggesting to give staff newsposting access, IE terranup. Pretty much everyone that saw that can vouch for me, too; because he deleted all of the posts to try to stop anyone from seeing it. Just ask Bill.

But he's like 17 now, I think.

Of course the first thing magic did when he took back power was to unban me so I could see the mess PCM had made of the staff forums. Yikes.

It really sucks because a lot of people who regularly posted at SA left because of xaran/pcm. I had a lot of people asking me why they had admin access. Now it has really hurt the site and those people have moved on.

Site drama is really stupid. I hope we don't have any more of that here.

edit - Unless sometime tries to re-possesses the .org address... >.>

I see. This kind of stuff always puzzles me. I mean, aren't we all here because we like certain games? Aren't we all here because we want to enjoy creative things, and shouldn't we encourage each other to create / play / be a cool person / whatever?

There's enough kiddie forums already, I would say. :D

Eh. People become too attached to their position. That's what happened to Xaran. He used to be a cool guy, we talked all the time. I helped him out, he helped me out. Then he became admin of SA and everything changed rather dramatically. Now he's really just an asshole and I don't like it when people turn on me like that. Everything's said and done, though, and SA's back in good hands (taer and magic). But I don't think they'll be competing too heavily when SC2 comes out, because most of the major 'players' have moved on.

That's just the way things go I guess.

I didn't realize you could have this amount of 'politics' for such small communities.  You guys and your silliness, stop the silliness.  There is too much silly.  Or since there is too much, is it sillii?  Meaning, more than one silly?  Or perhaps, sillies.  Yes, that sounds more appropriate.

Yeah I think I was like away on holiday or something when it happened, and when I got back the drama thread had already evolved into the spam thread it is today and I was all "whoa, what the hell did you guys do" 8)

I could be wrong, if I checked I'd probably find me posting all throughout the drama, but that's what I remember anyway :P
