Welcome to Facebook!
Where liars tell more lies, losers have more friends than in real life, poor people are suddenly brave, Mehmet, Murat and Ali threaten you, ex-boyfriends begin to adjust ("stalking"), where's nothing private anymore, where every numbskull is able to publish every trash and where once friends became bitter enemies ....

Facebook (also called Facebug or Mugbook) is Stasi on a voluntary basis. Others use Facebook to create either a fictitious social environment or to destroy their existing real environment. These people hope to get "true" friends. Facebook is like a prison. Within the so-called "Like" world you are wasting your time, smears something on walls and if you come out, you can not take your friends with you. In addition, you pushed around by people you do not even know.

One might think at first glance, Facebook exists to bring old and new friends back together. However, it is much more important to prove to themselves and others, how many (alleged) friends you had, has and will have. Thus, it is merely a stimulation of the human collector's instinct, a Pokemon-like game in which any little monsters need to be captured.
Whether a social environment will be strengthened in this way is another matter. After all, bored office workers and teenagers with a desire for unlimited self-marketing found their daily jobs in the use of Facebook.

Facebook is full of easily impressionable females. It's the same reason why everyone goes to nightclubs that charge $9 per drink.

Also, comments for the video

I find it amazing that last I had reviewed, this video had more Likes on Facebook than the winning video, oh well.

The contest had virtually no publicity at all AFAIK. I personally had only heard of it when Laconius asked me about helping him with the video.

I think if he wanted to win the contest he could have posted the video on TL and gotten all of the heart throbs to vote for him.
