- Beta will eliminate North America restriction and be a global scale immediately.
So blizzard is going to turn battlenet into a steam-like replica...
I think its a great idea.... but they can't use the word "premier". Premier means being the first, and its steam that is the first.

It can also be used to define something as being first in status or in importance; principle or chief. Although it'll be debatable whether or not the service will become the principle online experience, their use of the word was fine. : )
