Probably. I do have the files as well but I don't have FTP access plus I don't know which files are already uploaded and which ones they would care to upload.

Althought by then, I presume they would already had the time to upload the main wanted content.

Otherwise, I could probably upload the wanted files and post various threads with their links if I had FTP access and if they told me which exact files to upload.

Wargiant have in mind to make a fairly new fresh start of CC which would only carry over the most wanted content. It is mostly so the new site don't depend heavily on the old content.

To be honest, while I was considering to be admin I did initially agree with WG for the idea. However, when I think of it ... it IS a good idea IF there will be a considerable amount of new content which I am not sure for now.

Anyway, to the worst, it is always possible to upload the whole bunch in the future if it seems a better option in the end.

If you want it asap, get them on the Star Alliance under Warcraft Discussion on their forums.

However, for most of the uploaded content of CC, WG is currently making a "tracker" feature for the content to be able to check how many times each file was downloaded thus the files will be unavailable for download until that feature is done.

Whats the point of that? Wouldn't that include cancelled downloads too?

Yeah it would, but you have to be realistic, not everyone cancels downloads.

I believe it's to give a more obvious idea of how popular & considered a specific content is truly is.

Like Desler said, it would and to add to it, only a slim minority would normally cancel a download. However, I do see your point as in the potencial flaw behind that but it's a negligable one damage-wise and it is just kind of lame if anyone seriously intend to exploit it.

There is a way to have the script count it so the statistic only increments upon a download completion.

There is also a simple way to implement it where it counts clicks from an IP address once every 24 hours or something like that, variable intervals.  Honestly though, it really isn't important and worth much effort.  The site has bigger issues then worrying about download counters.

Just curious. I was trying to get here a few times last week to get the WoS campaigns again, and it was down. But now it's back, and completely different.
