So no- It's not final, but we thought it'd be a good idea to bring back CC instead of wait.

Hi, I'm fairly new here but have been downloading and playing the Starcraft maps from this site for quite a while and am glad to see it back online.

Incase you're wondering I have:

all maps and the mod for "The Fenix"

all maps and mods for LOtC

all maps and mods involving the Vision Of The Future campaigns, a personal favorite (excluding the Zeji only conversion, the version of Vision of the future without the special anime portraits, and the vision of the future maps which lack background music)

and the few maps and the special mod for the Gallantry.

I heard some people were looking for a couple of these and I am willing to help if they are needed.

Incase anyone is wondering, we will only be listing our most popular of campaigns. All other projects will be reuploaded if enough requests are given. This is to help save bandwidth and to minimize clutter.

Desler's avatar is awesome. I like ponies.

Also you'd better be uploading my mods because I don't even have them myself anymore, lav.

And I also recommend uploading everything.

It would indeed be easier to upload everything and just remove what is deemed necessary, yes?

I mean, what exactly do you intend to remove? CC didn't exactly have an overflowing abundance of stuff to begin with.

I always wondered if you could ride a zebra like a horse.

Second of all, yeah, kind of wondering myself why some content wont be returning.  The only things I'd probably weed out are the things that are out of date like the old CC2000 map or campaigns that only had a demo, like the Gallantry - if you are really looking to get rid of content.

Is bandwidth a huge issue for you guys?  There are always sites willing to mirror content if neccessary.  It requires a bit of a personal touch but to keep a few campaigns someone potentially put months into, I'd say it'd be worth the effort.  StarCraft isn't exactly totally dead, some people still play that old classic.

It would if it didn't take that long to upload some crap. Mind you, some stuff could be handled unattended, with SFTP or SCP or BLARGASBOYAH, and would benefit of many people (read, 5+) with a decent connection uploading (I should know :P).

Are Lav and WTFG the only ones uploading?

@Des: No way, CC2000 was a wonderful map, despite being only a demo. It was an impressive demonstration of sc modding capabilities. if only the current sc/wc3 communities weren't as crybabys :P

@Tramau: I ate it.
