How do you create a Dialogue Tree?

Remember when Blizzard first demoed the SC2 single-player, and how they had a Wing Commander-esque dialogue tree? I want to be able to replicate that for use in a campaign that I'm designing, but I haven't been able to figure out how the hell to make it in the editor as of yet. I'm still experimenting and trying to figure stuff out, but if anyone here happens to have some experience with this and wouldn't mind lending some advice, I'd really appreciate it.
