Yeah, but turning 18 was not the only requirement, you have to finish the required questline, and you do so when you hit 18 and kill the harpy queen. All other quests are optional, but perhaps I should make them required as well. Or maybe make the leveling process slower, so that you wont be level 18 when you kill the harpy queen.

Thanks for the tip :)

I have another problem. I plan to use this mp3 as music in my campaign, but the game refuses to play it, and the sound editor says it is not a proper sound file. How can I fix this?

dl goldwave file resave it. Usually that fixes most mp3 codec incompatibility problems.

Seconded and thirded. My campaign was going to be heavily story-driven with tons of cinematics.

Doesn't www.hiveworkshop.com accept big maps? There are campaigns there which weight 80 MB.

And Hive is a MUST, your campaign has to be there :P

If you want a bunch of kids reviewing it and wondering how to load it, sure.

lol, Lavarinth. It's the biggest map site right now. And don't generalise it saying everybody is kids there. war3.incgamers.com is no more active if we talk about campaigns. Wc3c could be of use here.

That's a load of crap. The less interruptions to the gameplay, the better. I would rather have 1 quality cinematic than 10 mediocre ones.

Guess it depends on what you're trying to achieve. The missions were fairly long, so there had to be plenty of cinematics to keep the flow of events logical and the story in movement. Missions being 2-3 hours a map, involving several segments.

Lol, they are not.

There are 3 reasonable wc3 sites now-

http://war3.incgamers.com/ - the oldest one.

http://hiveworkshop.com/ - the biggest one.

http://www.wc3campaigns.net/ - the best one.

This one is a bit empty, so no idea how to rate it :/

And once again I want to say that the chapter with cross islands has AWESOME terraining, the city is great. And I have a question Trondor- would you be interested in making terrain, or some part of terrain, bases for example, for a map my friend is making(with mah help)?

I like to think of our site as that greasy old guy that gives you a strange look from the other end of a dark alley, forcing you to either call the bluff and lose your virginity, or walk another 42 blocks to your destination.

Those three sites have about 90% junk and 8% mediocre content and 2% quality projects. And you know it.
