Drake Clawfang's Campaigns

Alright, cracking down on this, because it's bugged me long enough that I need to do something about it.
Does anybody around here have any of Drake Clawfang's campaigns? I already have The Mar Sarah Missions, so I'm specifically talking about The Chronicles of Zeratul, Enslavers III: Twisted Legacy, The Templar Archives, Ghost Training, and The Mar Sarah Missions: Episode II.
The primary reason is that I want to add these to my campaign listing, but honestly it's just bugged me that after so many years I still haven't found them.
Any help with finding any of these campaigns would be hugely appreciated.
