Kitty Band

Pls help, can anyone tell me where to get Kitty Band?
In Book 2 you need to have a Gem of True Seeing in Shizuka's inventory, and then you must find in one of the mission where you can play with her (probably the same of the Dragon Horn, but I'm not sure) an NPC that will trade the gem for the Kitty Band.
Then, in the later books, it will be carried over to Kurumi.
