A pancake-throwing Florida woman was arrested on a battery charge after a confrontation in a McDonald's parking lot, according to the Collier County Sheriff's Office.
Mariel Goodrich, of Bonita Springs, near Naples, sat with a friend in a pickup truck and began talking to men in another vehicle in the restaurant's drive-thru lane, a police report said.
The men ordered their food, then found themselves on the receiving end of a flying pancake, courtesy of Goodrich, NaplesNews.com reported.
The woman also showed them her middle finger, according to that report.
One of the men then walked toward Goodrich's truck while recording the encounter on his cellphone camera. The police report also said the man made jokes that prompted Goodrich to exit the truck and attack the man, whose identity was not disclosed.
As she returned to the truck to try to hustle out of the lot, the man barked out her license plate number to his friends, the police report said.
Goodrich returned moments later and attacked the man again, police said. Goodrich told police that she assaulted the man because he made offers to pay her and her friend for oral sex. She didn't know he was recording the incident, and his video later showed no such offer was made, according to the NaplesNews.com report.
