Oh, and shes the queen bitch of the universe.
Ah, of course.  Being the Queen Bitch of the Universe lets Kerrigan get away with anything.  :D

I'm going to have to guess that Kerrigan's control extends to the Char Zerg, while the Zerg on other planets are just running amok and being a general mindless nuissance to whoever's unlucky enough to live there (example: Auir).

Also, a diminished (and largely out of control) Zerg Swarm would explain why Kerrigan's just been sitting around on Char for the four years between Brood War and SC2.  She's hardly got the original Overmind's Innumerable Broods and can't just run in and squash everyone right now.

A kind of depressing irony: Kerrigan's actions (getting Zeratul to kill the Second Overmind) led directly to the Player's Cerebrate dying due to lack of Overmind.  Blizzard got us to kill ourselves and we never suspected a thing!

I wonder if kerrigan will use other infested ghost telepaths to help her control the swarm, I recall in one of the sc books that kerrigan was trying to do that but had little success.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was for the ending portion that revealed a bit about what happened to kerrigan, at least, I think it was Liberty's Crusade.

None of the SC books are actually "good" books, it's just more lore in a crappy paperback.

Wait it does say that Kerrigan controls all the Zerg now at the very end she just sits on Char waiting for the looming threat to come.

The books are horrible and IIRC they contradict the lore as well. Liberty was a jackoff though I hate his punk ass.

I've only read one book so far, I forget which, but it involved duke and some backwater planet. It was really dumb.

Ah Bhek'ror or something similar to that like "Legacy of the Xel'naga" I never got that one that much, I read all three and didnt like Liberty's Crusade all it was retelling the 1st Terran Campaign, which was boring.

Oh it was, it read some pointless battle for the Dominion, but the Protoss were trying to get this Xel'Naga artifact and the Zerg just start infesting people.

Really? That's totally different from what I remember. I remember it being some random girl who runs out into a field in some backwater Terran colony, sees protoss, runs away. Repeat until they become friends. The end.

But that book was ridiculously bad, and I ended up skimming through it, so maybe I'm just an idiot. That book was god awful though, Clifford the Big Red Dog put it to shame =/
Hello, mother leopard.
I have your cub.
You must protect her,
But that will be expensive...
10,000 kola nuts,
Wrapped in brown paper...
Midnight, behind the box
I'll be the hyena, you'll see.

They made a giant thing about a Zerg infesting some blue dog or w.e probably named "big blue" or something I think they mentioned the "Devouring Ones" as the dog or something, I dont know, I read it and didnt like it. Queen of Blades I did like though, even though I could of just palyed it, and didnt have to read it.

Interesting point!  Just how much in control do we think Kerrigan is?  For all we know, the Zerg are just as fractured as the Terrans are.
I have seen the Desler.  I have tasted of his milk and honey.
