AA7Dragoon festers a bit more.

Thalraxal lights up a whole pack of cigarettes at once losing 1 HP before putting them out and going to sleep, putting him at ease. (-4 Paranoia; + 1 HP)

Lavarinth goes looking for a grenade but forgets they need to come with pins and drops one before narrowly running away and avoiding the bulk of the explosion.  He still loses 1 HP. (1 vs. DC of 10)

Tramau has accused Thalraxal of being The Thing, increasing Thalraxal's Paranoia but decreasing his own and making Thalraxal easier to attack. (-1 Paranoia)

Mucky inspects Tramau for traces of the Thing and is able to prove without a shadow of a medical doubt that Tramau is negative.  (12 - 4 Paranoia vs. DC of 8)

Flyinghat just decides to get some rest since his last sleep was so uneventful.  (-2 Paranoia; + 2 HP)


Meanwhile during the night, the Thing tries to infect Mucky and combat ensues!

The Thing infects Mucky for 8 damage! (8-2=6 vs. 2-4 Paranoia=Total of -2) 10 HP Left
Mucky uses his Tear Gas grenade! 23 HP Left

Anyway, my test for Tramau came out negative. FlyingHat and myself have had an incursion with the Thing, which leaves Lavarinth and Thalraxal to be accounted for.

What? I said I wouldn't get the fuel since I realized we wouldn't NEED fuel.

(OOC: I never read the second page of freakin' DoW's rule changing therefor the entire time I thought we needed fuel, key, etc.)
