Well, Shit...

Trump is probably president now... Fuck, I thought this wouldn't ever happen. Welp, we're in trouble. If anybody has any opinions at all about this situation, post away, if you don't I don't care... I'm just ranting basically right now.

Something New?

I want to try something new, in terms of video games, but I wanted to ask you guys about it and voice your advice and opinions on this. I am trying to gain access (eventually) to a massive sci-fi online-based mmorpg space sim known as EVE Online. It looks cool to me, but I wanted to know if you guys...

Re: One Big Step in Gaming History

I mean, blizzard lets you download the games on battle.net for free, i'm pretty sure, you just need a cd key. You just go to your account, then to games, go down the bottom of the page and in the legacy tab (or something like that) there should be a download there. It's how I got sc1, since physica...

Okay One; How am I going to install Starcraft, then Brood War with the CD key without a cd, since SC is uninstalled?

Two; did you all read the article I presented for the topic? ???

One Big Step in Gaming History

Hey guys, I am still alive. It's just that, the bad news is I don't have Starcraft anymore and therefore, I can't design new levels for any campaigns I had in mind. All my projects have basically been put into indefinite hiatus. I know that you guys haven't heard from me in a while and honestly, I d...

Re: Internet in the 90s

No, Firefox was released in 2002 and had originally been developed from Netscape, after Microsoft ran Netscape out of business ("We'll cut off their air supply." - Microsoft exec). Netscape Communications made their source code open-source in 1998, essentially giving it over to Mozilla, w...

Re: Internet in the 90s

I was probably wrong when I said that IE was the only net browser. Yes, there was Netscape, IE, Firefox even and I think NetZero was even a part of it before they faded away. Right?

Re: Internet in the 90s

I also think Internet Explorer was sort-of the most popular browser back then... Probably the only one back then.

Re: SCNPunk was here?

I see... Thank you church, I could be wrong about that SCNPunk thing. It's just that when I went to www.scnpunk.com in the wayback machine as well, they had a button that said they were associated with Campaign Creations as well, along with heavengames and a few others. Still, I may be wrong.

SCNPunk was here?

I just read about the history of an old design group called SCNPunk and I caught a glimpse of an old post saying, when they were active, they used to distribute campaigns here at campaign creations a long time ago... Was this true? Did SCNPunk used to make StarCraft campaigns here at CC?

Re: Other Games?

Basically Dwarf Fortress without the content. I guess Minecraft technically is a simulation... Although I never really heard of Dwarf Fortress before you mentioned it. Simulation and games are different and I know this already. Minecraft being so popular infuriates me seeing how bad of a game it ac...
