Re: Campaign Suggestions

If you want a definitive listing of all your options, you can check out my fan campaign listing. That list is very overwhelming and intimidating though, I understand, so here's some recommendations: The Antioch Chronicles is a great starting point. Often seen as Blizzard-quality classics, this trilo...

Re: Starcraft HD Remastered

I don't have the newest version of the PTR so apologies for any incorrect information - The new portraits (and cinematics and the animated campaign buttons in the menu) use .webm. GRP is now '.dds.grp' so it sounds like it's just basically a .grp that uses .dds instead of .bmp, which is cool I guess...

Oh yeah, I remember these. Very cool. This one always reminded me of Greensleeves, or something:

Re: StarCraft Fan Campaign Listing

I'm not actively working on any projects. I needed a break, but I may return to it in the future. Unfortunately, portions of my work were lost to me recently, so whether or not I return to existing projects is debatable.

Re: StarCraft Fan Campaign Listing

I'm aware many of the links are broken now and I apologise for that. The Masterlist link in the OP should still have fully functioning links.

Re: StarCraft Fan Campaign Listing

Hey, man.

Thanks for doing what you can to keep this alive. I don't have time to properly update the list right now, unfortunately, but I appreciate the links anyway. I'll try to get things organised by the new year.

Re: SCNPunk was here?

I've never heard of this group before today, and I've done quite a bit of research on StarCraft fan campaign history, so it's probably safe to say they didn't release any campaign projects. Otherwise, a quick google search turned up nothing, except plenty of confirmation that the group is long dead....

Re: Internet in the 90s

I didn't start using the internet until 2009, but I vaguely remember the old download page for the StarCraft demo (which was a whopping 28 megabytes) there was a warning that it might take a few hours to download, or something. Also, geocities was in its prime. Not sure if any of them existed in the...

Re: StarCraft Fan Campaign Listing

Did you downgrade? I know that's kind of like a "did you try restarting it question" but... StarDraft mod files definitely need you to downgrade, and that's about where my troubleshooting skills end.

Pretty sure it's 1.10 you need, but it's been ages.
